Disaster Risk Reduction in the Philippines

Thanks to the Vodafone Foundation’s Grahame Maher Award, we’re currently working in the Philippines in the community of Banaba, which is on the outskirts of Manila. Our focus here in Manila is on pro-active disaster risk reduction (DRR) rather than simply responding to a disaster. Read more »

While our volunteers may have left Haiti, we’re still supporting over 160 students through our partnership with the English in Mind Institute and our Scholarship Programme. Read more »

Case Studies

At EDV, we pride ourselves on working with survivors to achieve long-term change. This broad approach means that our projects sometimes look quite different from one and other.
